SHIPPING
PotteryPainters will confirm dispatch of goods via email.
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative. We aim to dispatch non-personalised items to your specified delivery address within 3 working days.
For personalised items we aim to dispatch these within 10 working days, but 15 working days should be allowed.
The prices indicated for shipping and delivery apply to UK only. Please call for further information on shipping rates abroad.
If we cannot dispatch an item to you within the specified time we will notify you and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.
Once the items have been signed for at the delivery address it is no longer the responsibility of PotteryPainters. Refunds will not be given if your gift is not passed to the main recipient.
PotteryPainters will not be responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please check your goods on delivery. If the items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 7 days and arrange to post them back to us via Recorded Delivery in their original packaging.
We will reimburse these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

REFUNDS AND RETURNED GOODS
No refunds/exchanges are available on personalised items unless a mistake has been made by us.
We offer a money back guarantee on non-personalised items. Simply notify us by email within 7 days of receipt. Return the item to us at your own expense, (unless the item is damaged or faulty) via Recorded Delivery. We will then offer a refund, provided the goods are unused and in merchantable condition. Please note when issuing a refund postage costs on the original order are not refunded unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
