DEFINITIONS
"Company" means PotteryPainters of Hengistbury Road, Southbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset, United Kingdom.
"Customer" or "You" means the person or company who place an order via the website to purchase any of the products or services.
"Products" means the physical products offered for sale by PotteryPainters via the website.
"Services" means the business services offered for sale by PotteyPainters such as mobile pottery parties.

When you complete an order via our website you will be asked to confirm that you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated occasionally, please check them before making your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
GENERAL
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of all products and services by PotteryPainters to the customer.
We have made every effort to display and describe our products and services as accurately as possible. However due to individual nature of commissioned pottery and hand painting and the variation of the colours displayed on your monitor we cannot guarantee that the products will be exactly as seen on your monitor and browser.
PRICE
All prices are quoted in £ sterling.
All prices are exclusive of postage and packaging, unless otherwise stated. The total price of your order is calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden extra costs.
PotteryPainters makes every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on its Web Site are correct and accurate. However, the nature and speed of e-commerce data transfer and transaction processing makes it inevitable that mistakes will occasionally occur. In the case of a manifest error or omission, PotteryPainters will be entitled to rescind the contract, not withstanding that it has already accepted the Customer's order, and PotteryPainters’ liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the Customer has paid in respect of that order.
PAYMENTS
Payments must be made in £ sterling only. You can use VISA, MasterCard or PayPal. When you have completed your selection you are automatically transferred to the PayPal secure server.
Please ensure all card details are entered correctly on the order form as incorrect data will result in the credit/debit card being rejected for payment and can cause delays to the order fulfilment process.
After placing an order the Customer will receive an email confirmation for the purchase.

LICENCE AGREEMENT
PotteryPainters designs may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.
The Customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by the copyright owners. PotteryPainters cannot responsible for any misuse by the customer or any third party.
COMPLAINTS
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with our service. We will deal with complaints effectively. We will be fair and handle you complaint confidentially. You will receive an acknowledgment within 3 working days and we will provide a timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you notified of progress.

Party Bookings???
Deposits are refunded if we are unable to accept this booking due to holidays, sickness or unavailability of our staff. You may call to confirm availability before booking online if you wish.

Gift Vouchers???
Gift Vouchers are usually issued by email, but can be printed and mailed on request, there is an additional charge for this service. Gift Vouchers can be used as payment or part-payment for any of our products or services and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
